Logan Keys says she’s not so much a writer, as she is a soothsayer and preparer for those who are still blissfully unaware. Her stories aren’t dystopian, but rather a warning for the next generation. When she’s not writing zombies, vampires, superheroes, and robots, she’s fighting against government over-reach and oligarchy, using military tactics mixed with a little bit of poetry.
Logan’s currently half way to Japan, working on her new voyage (hint hint) into fantasy, but she’s still “keeping it real”, and writing futuristic sci-fi on the daily.
Saving imaginary planets one story at a time, she says, “My words are my riot.”
We were lucky enough to get an interview with her after reading “Barkley Five Oh” an exciting yet emotional story about a robot named Barkley.

THE LUCKY ONES
A Star-crossed Dystopian
She records the history Society forces her to, that is, until she uncovers the truth.
Inside the Dome, Society wipes away memories, and trains the minds of citizens with “Method”. Historian is made to write fictional history, but what she finds in the illegal files, is far more interesting. A tragic and diverse past, they unveil a reality she’s unable to ignore.
Seven’s the outsider to Society. Before his life’s path crosses that of Historian’s, he was struggling to belong. Seven yearns to show her his explorations, push back at Society for once, and teach Them a lesson they shall never forget. He’ll have to decide if his newfound feelings for Historian are worth the ultimate sacrifice–one that will get him the ultimate punishment.
If Seven and Historian don’t join forces and stand against Method, Society wins. But rebellion means Cleansing, and Officer has already noticed their lack of sameness.

Raven’s a dreamer trapped by a witch at the Edge of the dark wood. Her only friend, Sim, can read the stars. She draws the attention of the Marshal, a collector, who hunts people for a purpose of his own.
John’s a ship’s captain who’s tired of running. His sister’s murder has been a mystery he’s spent his life trying to solve. Directed by a soothsayer to find two people of magic for answers, a stowaway throws him into the war he’s been avoiding. She’s a witch fleeing for her life and John finds himself fighting for someone he barely knows.
Answers for both Raven and John lie in unlocking dark secrets. If Raven doesn’t embrace her destiny, her power could be used to conquer the world. If John can’t remember his past, he may lose the love of his future. Both might lose everything.
